We are looking for a B2B Vehicle Coordination Employee to join our Evaluation Team, responsible for all inquiries regarding the 'Car-Inflow' of our B2B customers on AUTO1.com. In this department, you will combine operational thinking with strategic skills to ensure smooth processes.

In Short

• You coordinate the arrival of vehicles from our partners (e.g., dealerships, retailers).
• You assist in planning and organizing appointments for vehicle evaluations.
• You prepare the deployment of our mobile evaluators across Germany.
• You handle inquiries and complaints from our business partners and escalate them if necessary.

Requirements

• You have completed training, for example in automotive, trade, or a similar field - career changers are welcome.
• You enjoy working in a team, are friendly, and reliable.
• You can organize well and keep track of multiple tasks.
• Very good German skills and basic knowledge of English.
