Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as Team Leader Real Estate (d/m/w). Start in the Real Estate Team and be responsible for the property management of our WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Departments.

In Short

• Lead the Branch Real Estate department, overseeing Facility and Property Management as well as procurement.
• Manage and develop a team of 5-7 direct reports, providing training and support.
• Expand the nationwide branch network through strategic analysis and decision-making.
• Handle negotiations and coordination of partnerships, renovations, and lease extensions.
• Optimize work processes in collaboration with regional managers and other departments.
• Possess a degree or training in real estate or relevant practical experience.
• Have experience in team leadership.
• Have solid knowledge in commercial real estate contract management.
• Bring strong analytical skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for process design and implementation.
