Recruit, support, and coach your team of agents to help customers accomplish their buying and selling goals, and earn a share of their production.

Requirements

• An active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license and are located in Atlanta, GA
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
