Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach a team and produce results.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
