Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead Inbound Sales (d/m/w) to start in the Sales Team and assist customers with all questions and concerns related to car purchases, while ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer experience in our Autohero Retail Department.

• Take on personnel responsibility and guide the development of your team through feedback and targeted methods.
• Analyze reports and set individual goals for your employees, motivating your team using KPIs.
• Support your team in achieving qualitative and quantitative sales goals.
• Work closely with HR to ensure growth by conducting interviews and providing efficient onboarding for new colleagues.
• Passion for the automotive sector and initial leadership experience in a sales team.
• Strong leadership personality with good analytical and process-oriented skills.
• Hands-on mentality and a self-directed, structured working style.
• Ensure smooth processes and a good team dynamic for an unparalleled buying experience for Autohero customers.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in Google Tools.
• Be part of Europe's largest online used car trade.
