In Short

• Responsible for the approval of repair orders for our vehicles
• Identify damages on used cars and assess them reliably
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints
• Create calculations with parts recording via the logistics program and ensure quality assurance and control of the evaluated data
• Support our partner workshops and own refurbishment centers in technical support
• Contribute significantly to the optimization of our vehicle preparation and further develop processes and standards
• Automotive background, all automotive-related professions are welcome, additional commercial training is a plus
• Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment or other comparable tools
• Structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, basic knowledge of English, and familiarity with common software applications (like Microsoft Office)
• Flexible and quick comprehension and willingness to work at flexible locations

Requirements

• 750 € start bonus for all new starters until the end of the month
