Overview

The BDC Service Coordinator is responsible for handling customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications.

  • Utilize computer skills to learn scheduling systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Pleasant phone persona with strong communication skills.
  • Proven outstanding customer service experience.
  • Excellent listening and recording skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.
  • Call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
  • Flexible and able to multitask effectively.
