Author Health is seeking a self-motivated and empathetic Outreach Liaison to connect patients with critical mental health and social services.

• Conduct in-person outreach to educate potential patients and caregivers.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet outreach goals.

• 3+ years in customer service/sales with cold outreach experience preferred.
• Multi-lingual candidates preferred.
• Strong ability to build connections quickly.
• Must have access to a car for outreach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service/sales.
• Experience in healthcare outreach or community engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Proficiency in critical thinking and time management.
• Comfort with technology and multiple software systems.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Access to a car for outreach activities.
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience in mental health services is a plus.
