Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service/sales.
• 3+ years in healthcare outreach or community engagement.
• Experience in mental health services.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment.
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite and video conferencing.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to adapt communication style to patient needs.
• Must have access to a car.
