Overview

As a Manager, Primary Care Engagement, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the Florida market by developing and deepening partnerships with primary care groups, providers, and community organizations.

In Short

• Own and execute a growth strategy within your assigned market.
• Meet with PCPs and clinic administrators to educate them on our services.
• Develop tailored engagement plans for high-priority practices.
• Lead market implementation efforts for new partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clinical and administrative audiences.
• Provide insights on local healthcare dynamics and referral trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Bring creative solutions to challenges in a startup environment.
• Willingness to travel locally and periodically within Florida.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in behavioral health or primary care.
• Experience in sales, customer success, or project management.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) or (Haitian Creole-English) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs.
