Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in data integration and workflow automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and customer experience platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and conversational AI models preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
