Overview

As the Team Lead for Arbitrage at Auros, you will oversee trading activities within the Arbitrage book, manage a team of traders, and ensure the execution of strategies that align with the firm's objectives in the cryptocurrency market.

• Manage a major trading book during Asian hours.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6-8 traders.
• Analyze trading data to find additional sources of edge.
• Collaborate with global trading and middle office teams.
• Liaise with exchange counterparts on various trading issues.
• Improve existing trading strategies and develop new ones.
• Generate ideas and implement back-testing.
• Solve complex cryptocurrency derivative pricing problems.
• Automate daily tasks through model and tool development.
• Investigate market-related products for trading strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in high frequency trading with a quantitative background.
• Experience in designing and coding trading strategies.
• Team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with risk management system design and improvement.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, or related fields.
