Clinical Operations Intern, Documentation & Process Improvement - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Operations Intern will support the Clinical Operations team at Aurion Biotech, gaining hands-on experience in the operational execution of clinical trials and documentation processes.

• 12-week internship from June 8th, 2026 to August 28th, 2026.
• Remote position with occasional in-person meetings in Boston, MA or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• Pay rate of $22-$25/hour based on experience.
• Support clinical trial documentation and study tracking.
• Assist with operational excellence projects and quality reviews.
• Participate in meetings and assist with agenda preparation.
• Maintain and organize study files and trackers.
• Conduct data checks and administrative reviews.
• Present learnings at a department meeting.
• Gain exposure to clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled junior in life sciences, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Interest in clinical research or biotechnology.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with clinical trial terminology preferred.
