Senior Manager/Associate Director, Marketing & Sales Training - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager/Associate Director of Marketing and Sales Training will be responsible for seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused team member to support both brand marketing initiatives and the implementation of sales training across the field force. This individual will serve as a key connector between Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Training, and Field Teams, ensuring that strategy is translated into actionable tools, resources, and confident execution in the field.

• Ensure alignment across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and Sales.
• Track and analyze field feedback and performance insights to refine tactics and training.
• Project manage timelines to ensure on-time rollout of campaigns and training initiatives.
• Assist with vendor management and agency coordination where appropriate.
• Translate marketing strategy into training curricula.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
• Develop clear field-facing guidance, including training decks and resource overviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire training for Sales Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience, with a focus on marketing.
• 2-3 years of field sales experience or sales training preferred.
• Proven ability to execute marketing tactics from conception to field sales distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to work with medical, legal, compliance, and regulatory.
• Strong project management skills for timelines and budgets.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and travel up to 35%.
