In Short

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and pipelines for the ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to productionalize models.
• Automate ML workflows using CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools.
• Monitor model performance and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Define best practices for model versioning and reproducibility.
• Contribute to the evolution of Aura’s ML platform and tooling.
• Support the entire lifecycle of model development.
• Ensure privacy and security in ML infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve ML processes.
• Be on call one week a month for 24/7 support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data engineering.
• Expertise in MLOps and model lifecycle automation.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python.
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with ML platforms like MLflow and Databricks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with generative AI models is a plus.
• Exposure to observability tooling is advantageous.
