Overview

The IT Helpdesk Technician will provide on-site and remote support for New Country Motor Car Group dealerships, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Support, maintain, and implement Microsoft Windows workstations and servers.
  • Document, report, track, and resolve incidents in Help Desk software.
  • Provide Help Desk presence during normal business hours.
  • Coordinate and provide 1st and 2nd level support for issues.
  • Interface with automobile manufacturer IT support.
  • Regular schedule M-F, with after hours and weekend work as needed.
  • Maintain a central source of information for Help Desk Technicians.
  • Provide remote support to dealerships in other U.S. markets.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by IT Director.

Requirements

  • One year Helpdesk experience (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft technologies.
  • Expert technical knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP based LAN and WAN technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Must be willing to travel daily between locations.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
