Overview

Auctane is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and expansion of API products for shipping, returns, and fulfillment.

In Short

• Lead the API product strategy for large merchants and ecommerce platforms.
• Drive international expansion and ensure global carrier support.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align API strategy with business objectives.
• Manage a team of product managers and technical product owners.
• Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality API solutions.
• Engage with enterprise merchants to understand their shipping challenges.
• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies in logistics.
• Establish KPIs to measure API adoption and success.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices.
• Work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role focused on APIs.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and API-first business models.
• Experience launching and scaling international API products.
• Strong technical acumen for collaborating with engineering teams.
• Experience with enterprise customers and ecommerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
