Overview

We are looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to join our team in Sorocaba, Brazil, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Manage the entire order lifecycle from entry to delivery.
• Analyze order data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance to resolve order-related issues.
• Develop and implement order management policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs related to order management.
• Train and mentor junior staff in order management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in order management or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
