Licensed Surveyor - Remote

Overview

As a Licensed Surveyor (SIT or PSM), you will play a critical role in the success of our survey group and the execution of projects that vary in size, detail, and complexity. You will have the opportunity to do your best work with the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

In Short

• Collaborate and lead a team responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Review project survey data utilizing the latest technology and industry software.
• Analyze existing site conditions and factors for development.
• Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews and office staff.
• Provide oversight on large-scale ALTA surveys.
• Guide junior team members in construction-related services.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
• Attend training and development events.
• Assist with staff training and career planning.
• Motivate staff with rewards and recognition.

Requirements

• Professional Survey License, or ability to obtain.
• 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor a growing team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, and related areas.
