Senior Proposal Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to support our Power & Energy practice, including electric utility, transmission, substation, generation, and renewable energy markets. This role involves leading proposal strategy and execution for high-priority, complex pursuits, serving as a strategic partner to business line leadership.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for Power & Energy pursuits.
• Drive capture planning efforts for complex pursuits.
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions and strategy meetings.
• Align proposals with annual growth strategies and target markets.
• Advise on messaging for electric utilities and renewable energy clients.
• Develop technical proposal narratives related to energy projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across client-facing materials.
• Mentor Proposal Marketing Associates.
• Maintain Power & Energy-specific content libraries.
• Monitor market trends to inform pursuit positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of AEC marketing experience in Power & Energy.
• Experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses.
• Strong understanding of capture strategy and client relationship development.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-level pursuits.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership.
• AEC industry experience required; Power & Energy experience preferred.
