Email Strategy Manager - Remote

Overview

Attentive is seeking an experienced Email Strategy Manager to maximize customer value through its email offering for Enterprise customers, advising on program strategy in a consultative and data-driven manner.

In Short

• Serve as an email marketing expert for customers' multi-channel strategies.
• Analyze and monitor program KPIs and health metrics.
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical blockers.
• Develop a deep understanding of Attentive's products and the email landscape.
• Help roll out Attentive’s email best practices.
• Collect customer feedback to influence product development.
• Accurately forecast renewals and escalate customer risks.
• Contribute to enhancing the Attentive Customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience (ideally at an ESP or CDP).
• Strong product vision and knowledge of the email ecosystem.
• Ability to strengthen customer relationships and proactively manage risks.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, SFTP, and webhooks.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Passionate and driven to make a difference.
