Overview

The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and sales analytics, requiring experience with Salesforce and Gong to enhance sales operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; Salesforce administration certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Gong for sales intelligence and performance tracking.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
