Technical Delivery Manager – Migration & Integration Delivery - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the successful delivery of data migration and system integration projects. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating technical deliverables, ensuring data quality, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of integration and migration workstreams across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in ETL/data integration tools, cloud platforms, and data governance, along with excellent client engagement and project management skills.

In Short

• Own the delivery of data migration and integration workstreams from planning through deployment.
• Drive execution across all stages: requirements, solution design, mapping/specs, build, testing, and go-live.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and client expectations.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, resource allocation, and technical blockers.
• Oversee migration of data from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
• Lead design and execution of APIs, batch integrations, and real-time data flows.
• Coordinate source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure robust data validation, error handling, logging, and rollback procedures.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams including developers, data analysts, QA, and integration specialists.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding technical delivery status and issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex data migration and integration initiatives.
• 3+ years in a Technical Delivery Manager or Integration Lead role.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, ETL processes, and cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS or ETL tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern APIs (REST, SOAP), messaging queues, and error-handling frameworks.
• Experience with data warehousing, system cutovers, and reconciliation testing.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
