Overview

Attain Partners is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join our growing Education Services team and help advancement and fundraising teams around the world make the leap to Salesforce.

In Short

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Guide clients through a collaborative implementation process.
• Design solutions and configure Salesforce products.
• Provide advice and best practices to clients.
• Conduct discovery and scope definition activities.
• Lead client stakeholders through implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Data Services for data migration.
• Support the Attain Partners team by sharing best practices.
• Document process flows and system architectures.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of Salesforce and its core clouds.
• Experience in education institutions or non-profits.
• Proven success in implementing Salesforce projects.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to define business requirements and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of database design and system architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages relevant to Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
