In Short

• Assist in a Workday implementation of Workday Grants.
• Serve as the expert for grants management functional area for universities and research institutions.
• Develop comprehensive work plans and roadmaps for ERP transformation.
• Conduct gap analysis of current and new ERP systems.
• Document existing research administration processes.
• Provide recommendations for Workday system configuration and integration.
• Advise on process changes for efficiency and compliance.
• Support during testing and deployment phases of the project.
• Participate in milestone events and provide expertise in implementation sessions.
• Possess deep grants management expertise in pre- and post-award management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Workday Grants Implementation Experience within Higher Education.
• Experience in Workday Effort Certification/Research Administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
• Effective written and verbal communications with presentation experience.
