Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• Senior Level experience in Higher Education, Non-Profit, or Management Consulting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to recognize personal skills and pursue developmental activities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Experience with managing and leading teams.
