Lead Product Manager (Life Sciences) - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Product Manager, you will help execute our technology strategy through 0-to-1 product conceptualization, rigorous research and experimentation, and iterative development of new products.

In Short

• Define and drive life sciences product strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate product initiatives through the lens of customer needs.
• Align priorities against company goals and customer needs.
• Build wireframes and mockups for high-fidelity prototype designs.
• Develop detailed development requirements and maintain documentation.
• Identify and lead improvements to the team’s innovation approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years working with life sciences users and stakeholders.
• Experience with large language models and machine learning.
• Ability to work with uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
