Overview

Atropos Health is seeking a motivated and versatile Associate DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team, responsible for both IT support tasks and foundational DevOps practices.

In Short

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot desktop operating systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist in the maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Help implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn to use IaC tools like Terraform.
• Create monitoring and alerting dashboards.
• Participate in team discussions to improve workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
• Exposure to DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
