Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer at ATPCO, you will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of a wide range of ATPCO applications and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of IBM Mainframe and Distributed applications support experience.
• Proven track record in IT Operations / Applications Production Support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 and JCL.
• Ability to take ownership of production problems and deliver solutions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively learn new skills and apply them effectively.
• Experience in applications development/programming.
• Ability to prioritize urgent issues to meet SLA and KPI requirements.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Splunk.
