Overview

The Senior IT Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in the Enterprise Technology team, focusing on the support of endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and applications. This position involves the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and security tools.

In Short

• Perform Azure AD system administration and IAM activities.
• Administer and support MS O365, MS SharePoint, and MS Azure environments.
• Work with Information Security Engineers to ensure controls are in place.
• Installation and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Support the helpdesk team with L2/L3 knowledge.
• Participate in information security and compliance programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and controls.
• Report on KPIs and processes.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of system engineering experience.
• Experience in endpoint administration (MS Intune, Mosyle).
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Administration of MS Entra (Azure AD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, PowerShell, O365, SharePoint.
• Understanding of Federated Security models.
