Overview

Atlas Energy Solutions is in search of an experienced bilingual Driver Recruiter responsible for high volume full cycle recruitment, partnering closely with the Transportation and Logistics Team and being an integral member of the Human Resources Team.

In Short

Owns the recruitment for Transportation & Logistics
Experienced in DOT & FMSCA regulations
High Volume Full cycle recruiting
Source candidates through various channels
Develop and update job descriptions
Screen candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct interviews and assess applicants
Onboard new employees
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical recruiting reports

Requirements

Prior experience in agency recruitment
3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelor’s degree
Effective negotiating skills
Entrepreneurial attitude
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship builder
Self-starter with urgency and accountability
