Requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with the NEC suite of contracts.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and procurement documents.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience in compiling ITT documents.
• Ability to work within multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in business and account management.
• Proven record in project and technical leadership.
• Natural curiosity for innovative solutions.
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects.
