Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the financial and contractual aspects of large construction projects, ensuring all cost records are accurate and payments are processed efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Middle East.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction contract documents and engineering drawings.
• Experience with quantity surveying software.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Ability to perform complex estimating and remeasurement activities.
• Leadership skills to manage a QS team.
