Senior Quantity Surveyor - Remote

Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead day-to-day measurement activities within the Estimating/QS team, developing quantities in support of business needs and incorporating design changes into the quantities.

• Proven track record in Quantity Surveying.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Quantity Surveying and Measurement experience.
• 5 years of experience in the GCC preferred.
• Hands-on experience in QS and managing change.
• Experience with estimating software and cost databases.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills with management levels.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
• Chartered Membership in professional associations is an advantage.
