  • Providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide high-quality service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
