A cutting-edge health tech startup is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead its brand presence and digital marketing strategy.

In Short

• Create, set up, and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop a content calendar, launch strategy, and growth campaigns tailored to AU/NZ markets
• Design high-quality graphics, visuals, and copywriting for posts and ads
• Manage organic engagement and paid campaigns to increase user acquisition
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversion to paid users
• Collaborate closely with the founder and internal teams to align brand messaging
• Build brand awareness and establish credibility in the health tech space

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management & digital marketing (portfolio required)
• Healthcare, tech, or startup industry background strongly preferred
• Ability to create both strategy and execution (content design + campaign management)
• Strong understanding of targeted marketing in AU/NZ regions
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Highly proactive, independent, and results-driven personality
