This role involves editing short-form videos for real estate marketing, focusing on creating engaging content for various social media platforms.

In Short

• Edit 3 short-form videos per client, per week.
• Transform raw videos into high-retention Reels/Shorts.
• Add dynamic captions, graphics, and callouts.
• Quick turnaround edits within 24–48 hours.
• Organize files and manage shared drives.
• Collaborate using SOPs and Loom videos.
• Support in growing client referrals and revenue.
• Proven short-form video editing experience required.
• Proficiency in editing tools and captioning apps needed.
• Strong English comprehension for accurate subtitles.

Requirements

• Efficiency and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Branding awareness and adherence to brand guidelines.
• PST availability for some overlap with client’s workday.
• Light graphic design skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing is beneficial.
• Experience with social media best practices.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools is advantageous.
