Overview

We’re looking for a scrappy, fast-paced video editor with killer instincts for timing, pacing, and storytelling.

In Short

• Edit high-volume short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, promos) with quick turnarounds
• Use provided footage, stock assets, and b-roll to create compelling and dynamic edits
• Nail timing, rhythm, and pacing to boost engagement and watch time
• Revise and iterate based on feedback—fast
• Keep content fresh while staying on-brand
• Suggest creative ideas for transitions, SFX, or music when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing
• Strong understanding of social media trends and formats
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
