Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Short Form Video Editor to help us turn long-form content into engaging short videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

In Short

• Full-time role only — no part-timers, freelancers, or agencies.
• Pay: $10 per video.
• Length: 60 to 180 seconds.
• Daily Output: 3–5 video drafts per day.
• Platform Focus: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.

Requirements

• Experience editing 3–5 short-form videos daily.
• Skilled at repurposing long-form videos into short content.
• Ability to grab attention with a strong hook.
• Highlight key information that delivers value.
• End the video with a strong, clear takeaway.
• Pays close attention to grammar, punctuation, and on-screen text.
• Strong understanding of storytelling in short-form content.
• Passionate about short-form content.
• Can balance both quality and quantity.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
