Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing health tech company. This hybrid role combines coordination of workshops and group coaching sessions with executive assistant support for the Head of HR and co-founders.

In Short

  • Coordinate and schedule workshops, group sessions, and coaching events for clients
  • Manage logistics and communications with clients and participants
  • Provide EA-level support to the Head of HR and co-founders
  • Handle business operations tasks as needed
  • Suggest and implement automation/AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Liaise with internal team and 150+ freelance providers

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or workshop/event scheduling
  • Proven background as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of automation tools and AI applications
  • Availability to work UK/Spain business hours
