Overview

The Real Estate Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to a U.S.-based realtor, managing tasks such as calendar and email management, contract preparation, and client follow-ups.

In Short

  • Manage calendar, inbox, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Draft and prepare real estate contracts and forms.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and log calls.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and handle follow-ups.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and status updates for deals.
  • Prepare and organize documents from MLS and real estate websites.
  • Provide general administrative support to the agent.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years as a VA/Admin, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Follow Up Boss) and email/calendar tools.
  • Familiarity with contracts and documents.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client information confidentially.
