Operations & Data Entry Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

Join a fast-growing FMCG manufacturer as the go-to VA for high-accuracy data entry, admin ops, and light ads-upload tasks to support production, warehousing, purchasing, and marketing.

In Short

• Enter daily production time/activity logs for ~16 staff with zero-error accuracy.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and update trackers, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
• Perform routine transactions and lookups in Cin7 Core (WMS/ERP).
• Create/update SOP checklists and guides for recurring tasks.
• Upload/build campaigns in Meta/Facebook Ads Manager.
• Liaise with production & warehouse managers for missing data.
• Keep owners updated with daily/weekly status notes.
• Must be available daily during AEST hours.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in VA/operations/data entry roles.

Requirements

• Strong accuracy & speed in data entry.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Clear written/spoken English communication.
• Proactive and professional communication skills.
• Process-minded and detail-oriented.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ownership mindset and ability to suggest improvements.
• Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
• Background in manufacturing or retail operations is a plus.
