Growth & Social Media Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Executive Marketing & Outreach Assistant to own our social presence, prospect outreach, and meeting generation, while keeping our CRM pipeline in excellent shape.

In Short

• Manage social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Generate and schedule meetings with prospects.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene using HubSpot.
• Support in creating pitch decks and one-pagers.
• Ensure consistent and on-brand social media posting.
• Proactively reach out to target contacts for meetings.
• Track replies and manage follow-ups efficiently.
• Deliver updates and content promptly.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent written English with a B2B voice.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a growth/marketing VA or similar role.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Calendly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Resourceful and data-driven approach.
• Portfolio of managed social media content (nice-to-have).
• Light design skills (nice-to-have).
• Exposure to enterprise brands (nice-to-have).
• Curiosity about social communities and creators.
