Overview

As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant for a busy aesthetics practice, you will manage customer communications in both English and Spanish, optimize appointment scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handle bilingual customer communications (English/Spanish).
• Manage appointment scheduling and optimization.
• Provide customer service support regarding services and pricing.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 2–4+ years in customer service or scheduling roles.
• Experience with appointment systems like Vagaro or Mindbody.
• Comfortable with various communication tools (VoIP, SMS, email).
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and empathy.
• Reliable home office setup.
• Ability to work consistently on a specified schedule.
