Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee the back-office operations, HR functions, and staffing needs of our events and venue business.

In Short

  • Oversee administrative operations and ensure efficiency across all venue-related tasks.
  • Manage HR responsibilities including staff records, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle staffing requirements for events, including recruitment, shift scheduling, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, correspondence, documentation, and confidential records.
  • Support management in operational planning, staff communication, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards, HR policies, and local employment regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for events, including coordination with promoters, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, HR, or operations management, ideally within hospitality, events, or nightlife venues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HR processes (hiring, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with HR and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
