Revenue Insights Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Revenue Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering critical insights and analysis to support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

In Short

• Automate reporting and dashboard creation to deliver actionable insights for sales leadership.
• Build custom Salesforce dashboards to highlight performance metrics.
• Own locked-down reporting, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasting models.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecast processes.
• Review and maintain Opportunity and pipeline data for accuracy.
• Support pipeline review meetings by generating dashboards.
• Provide insights into opportunity health and deal cycle length.
• Deliver insights into ARR/MRR trends and churn.
• Build and automate dashboards for QBRs and strategic reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics roles.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise, including pipeline management and reporting.
• Experience in SaaS or a B2B software environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and improve pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales performance and compensation analytics.
• Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
