In Short

• Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger and close processes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies
• Oversee accounts payable and core operational accounting processes
• Prepare and approve journal entries and monthly financial statements
• Responsible for intercompany revenue and statutory audits
• Manage the close calendar for timely and accurate reporting
• Support system integrations and process improvements
• Provide support for annual and interim financial audits
• Coordinate with offshore teams for global process alignment
• Direct experience contributing to a 5-day close process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, degree in accounting preferred
• CPA is preferred; candidates with sufficient coursework to meet CPA eligibility will also be considered
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred
• Exceptional Excel and analytical skills
• Effective communicator with strong project management skills
• Experience in SaaS or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Proven ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
• Experience working with offshore teams
