Junior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Junior FP&A Analyst at AssetWatch, you will turn data into insights that drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and other teams, you will analyze data to support growth and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Identify and address data quality issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in automating recurring data processes.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and workflows.
• Support ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.
• Contribute to data-driven initiatives that inform product and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
