Overview

The Customer Support Associate will assist in obtaining declarations and information from suppliers in compliance with sustainability efforts.

In Short

  • Communicate with suppliers through various channels to gather compliance information.
  • Support top-tier suppliers in responding to compliance requests.
  • Handle inbound calls to troubleshoot supplier compliance issues.
  • Engage unresponsive suppliers through calls and educational outreach.
  • Provide language support in English, Italian, and Portuguese.
  • Collaborate with Program Success team for client campaigns.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian, and Portuguese.
  • Experience in administration, reporting, or customer support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
