Overview

As the Chief of Staff, Finance at Aspire, you will support the CFO in driving the financial strategy and operations of a rapidly growing FinTech company, engaging in strategic projects and financial risk governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation and risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
